Meal information
- Breakfast - 7:00 am sharp - included in your overnight stay.
- Dinner (Wed-Sun) - 6:00 pm sharp - this meal is optional and only available to overnight guests with paid reservations. NO prepared dinners on Monday and Tuesday. Dehydrated meals are always available for purchase.
- Dehydrated meals and snacks are available for purchase whenever the main cabin is open (everyday 7am - 7pm).
- We are not able to hold meals. Please leave the trailhead with plenty of time to arrive for dinner.
Cancellation Policy
There have been too many cases of people not showing up for their reservations or meals that either leave us with too much fresh bread or empty bunks which someone else might have enjoyed. Payment in full by credit card is required to confirm reservations; if you have not paid then we do not have you reserved
We incur credit card charges both for your reservation and for a refund, therefore we must charge a minimum of $10.00 for any refund for any reason.
There is a cancellation fee of 20% of the reservation amount or $10, whichever is greater. After deducting the cancellation fee, the remainder is forfeited according to the following table:

If your plans change, please reply to any email from us or email as soon as possible so we may open up the space for others and not waste food cooking for no-show guests.
