Cancellation Policy

 

There is a cancellation fee of 20% of the reservation amount or $10, whichever is greater. After deducting the cancellation fee, the remainder is forfeited according to the following table:

We incur credit card charges both for your reservation and for a refund, therefore we must charge a minimum of $10.00 for any refund for any reason.

If your plans change, please reply to any email from us or email as soon as possible so we may open up the space for others and not waste food cooking for no-show guests.

We are unable to refund due to inclimate weather. Please realize you are camping in the mountains and everyone must accept the weather which we are given. Please check our weather link as your date gets closer. If you want to change your date please let us know well in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We cannot give refunds for missed meals.
